O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to make enquiry as per the complaint dated 24.09.2023 given to these respondents 1 and 2 and to provide necessary police protection for the life and limbs as well as the estates including the property covered in S.No. 1257/12 in Vishwanathaperi Village, Part - 1, in Sivagiri Taluk in Tenkasi District. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far no representation has been received from the petitioner. 3.But a copy of the representation is enclosed in the typed set of papers. But no receipt copy is made available to the Court. 2/4

4. Let a fresh representation be made by the petitioner setting out the proper facts and circumstances within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent may consider the same on its own merits by summoning the petitioner and the private respondents. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action may be taken by the third respondent. The enquiry must be completed by the second respondent within a period of fifteen days from the date of submission of fresh representation by the petitioner.
