ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction the second respondent Police to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner/complainant, dated 03.05.2025 and in view of the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.754 of 2025, dated 30.07.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in compliance with the directions issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, vide order dated 30.07.2025, the respondents have already filed a report.

3. This Court is of the view that if the respondents had not complied with the directions of the learned Magistrate, the petitioner should have first approached the learned Magistrate.
