ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct survey and 1/4

demarcate the petitioner's property in Sy. No.64/4A1B2, Kannankottai Village, Devakottai Taluk and Sivagangai District by considering the E-Challan dated 12.08.2024 with the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocte, on instructions, submits that survey was already conducted and after demarcation, boundaries were fixed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
