2. The earlier Criminal Original Petition was dismissed as infructuous, on the basis of the alleged statement of undertaking given by the petitioner, by the order, dated 30.09.2022. Now again, this petitioner approached this Court, expressing his grievance that subsequent to the said closure of the earlier complaint given by the fourth respondent, another complaint is given by him, stating that this petitioner is liable to be pay excess amount over agreed amount, by calculating interest.

3. Let the above said complaint be closed, by advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process. The repeated complaints and repeated order of this Court may not be appropriate and proper also.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
