2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit in the common judgment dated 02.04.2026 passed in these writ appeals, though this Court granted liberty to prefer appeal to the appellate authority under Section 107 of the Central Goods and Services Act, outer time limit for preferring the appeal has not been mentioned. Hence, he seeks appropriate direction.

3. In view of the said submission, the words namely, 'prefer an appeal before the appellate authority under Section 107 of Central Goods and Services Act' find place in the middle portion of paragraph 10 of the common judgment dated 02.04.2026 shall be read as 'prefer an appeal before the appellate authority under Section 107 of Central Goods and Services Act, within a period of thirty [30] days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment'.
