ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to constitute a "Special Investigation Team" to be headed by the 2nd respondent for the purpose of investigating the F.I.R. in Crime No.3 of 2023 pending on the file of the 4th respondent and further issue a direction to recover the properties owned by the Garlando Properties Pvt. Ltd. and NEOMAX Properties Pvt. Ltd. and its directors.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is dealing with a similar petition filed by some of the victims, seeking transfer of investigation.

3. In view of the above submission, it may not be proper to conduct parallel proceedings in this matter. Depending upon the order of the Co-ordinate Bench in those petitions, the petitioner can work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.

4. With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 20.12.2023 NCC :
