These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 210 days each in filing the above Writ Appeals.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and taking into consideration that the respondent in both the petitions have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 210 days, however, on payment costs. 4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to 2/3
