ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a last grade servant, who is working in the third respondent Office seeking to regularise his services.

2. A perusal of the typed set of papers indicate that the third respondent has already forwarded the said proposal to the second respondent and it is pending before the second respondent as on today. The authority to take a decision on the regularisation of the writ petitioner is the first respondent.

3. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the proposal forwarded by the third respondent on 06.10.2020 and if he finds it appropriate, he shall forward the same to the first respondent within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
