3. As far as the surety is concerned, this Court has extended the time. Therefore, the said contention is rejected. As far as the contention regarding huge amount is involved and no repayment is ordered in the anticipatory bail application, the said contention cannot be considered for the reason that it is a discretionary power of the Court. After considering the rival submissions, this Court not issued repayment condition. Therefore, cancellation of anticipatory bail cannot be considered. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
