sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District granted in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13924 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22016 of 2013, dated 03.10.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
