3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered on 16.12.2013 in Crime No.913 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 447, 427 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed.
