By relying on a sale deed bearing document No.2585/1990 and patta No.592 in the name of the petitioner's vendor, the petitioner had applied for issuance of patta. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. By referring to the rejection orders of the Tahsildar, he points out that two registrations have been made in respect of the same survey number. Consequently, he submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thirumangalam is the appropriate person to consider the petitioner's request. He seeks ten (10) weeks time for the disposal of such request on merits.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thirumangalam, 2/4

Madurai, is suo motu impleaded as the third respondent. The said Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024 and dispose of the same after conducting an inquiry by providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the rival pattadar. This exercise shall be completed within a period of ten

(10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
