Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plant and Machineries Certificate to the petitioner forthwith, on or before 26.09.2025, so as to enable the petitioner to participate in Tender Notice No.20/2025-26/HDO dated 19.08.2025 by duly considering the petitioner's application dated 11.09.2025. This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plant and Machineries Certificate to the petitioner forthwith, on or before 26.09.2025, so as to enable the petitioner to participate in Tender Notice No.20/2025-26/HDO dated 19.08.2025 by duly considering the petitioner's application dated 11.09.2025.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader undertakes that upon the petitioner complies the respondents' request for
photograph, the Work Site Inspection Certificate will be issued tomorrow (i.e., 26.09.2025).
3. In view of the undertaking given by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed.
