This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No. 1 to 5 and 7 to reimburse the Medical Expenditures incurred for petitioner's son viz. Rajesh S/o.Late. Kanagaraj (Age 36), who met with the accident on 18.09.2023, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2023

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel, on instructions, would submit that the claim of 2/4

the petitioner has been rejected on 15.02.2024 by the first respondent. Therefore, the direction sought for in this Petition cannot be granted.
