The petitioner herein is the accused in C.C.No.126 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District. He filed this application to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.126 of 2013 and to quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petition mentioned case in C.C.No.126 of 2013 was disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District on 04.02.2017, in which, the accused herein was acquitted. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
