Po.Pa/Gnanaolipuram/Va.Aa/Ko.CM/A.No.190/23 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents No.1 and 2 herein to disconnect the Service Connection No.057-013-1279, 057-013-1301, 057-013-1303, 057-013-1304, 057-013-1306, 057-013-1307, 057-013-1312 and 057-013-1281 provided in favour of the 3rd respondent forthwith in accordance with law.

O R D E R
The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 05.07.2023 passed by second respondent. In the said order, the petitioner's request for cancellation of the 8 commercial electricity service connection sanctioned in favour of the third respondent has been rejected.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property in which the service connection are installed. The petitioner further states that the third respondent, on the basis of a fraudulent sale deed, obtained sanction of the said Service Connections and therefore requested the respondents to cancel the service connection.
3. Whether the sale deed in favour of the third respondent is the fraudulent document or not is a matter which requires adjudication before the jurisdictional civil Court. Therefore, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order passed by the second respondent.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate jurisdictional civil Court for agitating his right in accordance with law.
5.There shall be no orders as to Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
