This petition is filed to call for the records and set aside the order, dated 05.04.2011, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1975 of 2011 in C.C.No.427 of 2004 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Eraniel and dismiss the petition in C.C.No.427 of 2004.

2.By order, dated 25.06.2015, this Court permitted the petitioner to take Private Notice to the respondent and it was also observed that failing to take the Private Notice, the petition shall stand dismissed.

3.Today, there is no representation for the petitioner and also no proof filed for taking Private Notice to the respondent. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
