ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the Family Court, Madurai to dispose HMOP.No.677 of 2020 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the 1/4

case, issuance of notice to the respondent is not necessary.

3. According to the revision petitioner, he has filed HMOP.No.677 of 2020 before the Family Court, Madurai for divorce and the same is pending for the past four years without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the said HMOP.

4. Since the HMOP is pending from the year 2020, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the said HMOP.No.677 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
