ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to modify the condition in para No.8(c) of the order of this Court dated 29.08.2025 made in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1191 of 2025.

2.The modification sought before this Court is in regard to the insistent of original RC book by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District for return of the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-75-AB-3555. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original RC book of the vehicle in question has already been deposited before the Principal Sessions Court, Ariyalur in Crime No.39 of 2022 and hence, the same could not be produced before the trial Court.

4.Taking into consideration of the said fact, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed not to insist the original RC book from the petitioner. However, the petitioner is directed to file an undertaking affidavit assigning the details as to the deposit of the original RC book on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Ariyalur before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 6.The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the registration number of the vehicle has been inadvertently mentioned as TN-78AB-3555 instead of TN-75-AB-3555 and the same shall be corrected. 2/4
