The present writ petition has been filed by forbearing the respondents from constructing water tank and other water supply establishment at 'A/m.Thondi Amman Temple premises in Survey No.57/2, 57/3 and 57/4 of Thondi Village, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District and further direct the respondents to strictly adhere the Revenue Standing Order 24(2)(iii) for construction of water tank at Government land/temple land. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent on written instructions submitted that now they have shifted the construction site and they have put up construction in Ward No.2 Gandhi Nagar Street and they have no proposal whatsoever to put up any water tank in the survey number mentioned in the writ petition. 2/5
