Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13955 of 2025 dated 26.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13955 of 2025 dated 26.08.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in 15 2/4

days ie., on 1st and 15th working day of Every English Calendar Month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
