Heard both sides.

2.This writ petition is filed for conducting survey. As on date, patta is in the name of the third respondent and not in the name of the writ petitioner. The petitioner states that the property was conveyed by the third respondent's father way back in the year 1961. This is denied by the learned counsel for the third respondent. Since contentious issues have arisen, the petitioner has to move the jurisdictional Civil Court for relief.
