2. The petitioner is a senior citizen. He wants the petition-mentioned proceedings to be concluded.

3. The respondent is directed to conclude the petition-mentioned enquiry proceedings within a period of two months from today. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other.
