PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records of FIR in Crime No.467/2016 on the file of the Respondent No.1 Police Station and quash the same as illegal. For Petitioners : Mr.SMA Jinnah For R1 : Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl.side) O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.467 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that this is the second petition for quash and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 03.09.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.798 of 2017 directing the respondent to file final report before the concerned Court within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and that order has not been complied with by the respondents.

3. The petitioner has not disclosed about the earlier order passed by this Court in this petition and on that ground alone the petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordantly the petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
