2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that after completing the investigation, finding that no proper documents were produced by the petitioner, the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2021 was closed as further action dropped.

3. Because of non production of the documents, the above said complaint was closed and Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar as further action dropped. Let copy of the above said closure report be circulated to the petitioner. So that, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
