2. It is contended that the first defendant had died after pronouncing the judgment dated 27.01.2025 by the trial Court / I Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli. Naturally, the legal representatives have filed the present appeal and necessary permission has to be granted permitting them to file an appeal.

3. Permission is granted. The petition is allowed and the cause title may be accepted.
