2. Heard the learned respective counsel appearing for the parties.

3. As the proposed parties are doing agricultural activities of the land which claims to be the land belonged to the temple, whether they are recognised cultivating tenants or mere encroachers also has to be decided in the main writ petition. Therefore, the presence of the proposed parties in the main writ petition becomes necessitated. In view of the same, we are inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
