O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining that the order of this Court dated 29.08.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.13748 of 2022 is not complied with.

2. In that Writ Petition, this Court has directed the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the medi-claim of the Writ Petitioner.

3.According to the learned Additional Government Pleader, by proceedings dated 15.12.2023, the respondents 1 and 2 in the Writ Petition have already recommended for the medi-claim of the petitioner for reimbursement to the Insurance Company. Therefore, the order passed in the Writ Petition has been complied with.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
