ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record respondent Nos.13 to 15 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondent Nos.13 to 15 in the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD) No.97 of 2017 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the 7th respondent has not raised any objection to this petition.

4. Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the 14th respondent, undertakes to file vakalat for the 15th respondent as well and submits that he has no objection to allow this petition.

5. The name of the 13th respondent has been printed in the cause 3/5

list.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
