ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2. The petitioner daughter of the second respondent had sent a complaint to the first respondent with an ulterior motive with regard to the property dispute, hence the first respondent had called the petitioner for enquiry at odd hours and causing harassment.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent is none other than the mother of the petitioner and therefore some allegations has been made against her by the second respondent and for the purpose of enquiry the petitioner is required.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the first respondent on 17.12.2024 @ 11.00 am., for enquiry.

5. In view of the same, the first respondent may nominate a women police officer to conduct enquiry and close the same. 2/4

6. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
