ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to afford sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his wife, namely Justin Rani Peter, and for their property in R.S.No.129/10C, Colachel Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District and the building therein with Door No.3-87A4 & 94B6 against the 3rd respondent and his men.

2. It can be seen that there were civil suits pending between the parties. By a common judgment and decree, dated 29.09.2023, in O.S.Nos. 112 of 2021 and 133 of 2022, the private respondent herein was directed to deliver possession of the subject matter of the property to the petitioner herein. If that be so, the petitioner has to file an execution petition and get the possession delivered to him. If the party/private respondent is still interfers after the possession delivered to the petitioner, then only the petitioner is entitled for the police protection. 2/4
