2.The petitioner is seeking quite a few prayers in this writ petition. I make it clear that the scope of this writ petition is confined to declaring the petitioner's right to offer worship like any other devotee. I am constrained to give this clarification because the petitioner's counsel produced a copy of the invitation in which the petitioner has been described as Oor Gounder. I fail to understand as to who conferred this status on the petitioner. It is made clear that except declaring the petitioner's right to offer worship like any other devotee, no other relief is granted in this writ petition. 3.This writ petition is disposed of.
