Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both cases and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in both cases, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 06.10.2023, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 06.10.2023 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the 2/3

respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
