PRAYER :- This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the HR and CE Department officials as well as the Thuvarangurichi police officials to extend the all cooperation for the solemnized of flower festival to Arulmigu Boothanayagi Amman Temple by our village people would be held on 22.09.2025 at about 9 - 2 clock pm (Night) at Ponnampatti Village, Thuvaranguruchi, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2025.
