ORDER

This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 08.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11892 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.17675 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11892 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17675 of 2024 on 08.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly 17 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11892 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).
