ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second Respondent Police, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.462/2023 dated 01.10.2023 and file the Final Report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that inspite of a repeated summons issued to the petitioner, he is not co-operating to complete the investigation.

3. In view of the submissions, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the second respondent to complete the process of investigation. The entire process be completed within a period of five months. If the petitioner does not co-operate with the second respondent, the complaint may be closed.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
