The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the first respondent to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.11.2013 received on 13.11.2013 and to direct the second respondent to register FIR and take action as per law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered on 08.12.2013 in Crime No.472 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed.
