PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent herein to transfer the enquiry of the Complaint, dated 27.03.2023 given by the petitioner from 2nd respondent to some other Police Station.

O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to transfer the enquiry of the Complaint, dated 27.03.2023 given by the petitioner from 2nd respondent to some other Police Station.
2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the private party assaulted the petitioner, over lease issue. Even though the complaint was given by the petitioner as early as on 27.03.2023, but so far, no action has been taken by the respondents herein. The petitioner is admitted in a private hospital and he underwent treatment also.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that within a period of fifteen days, the above said enquiry will be completed by the respondent herein.
4. Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
