ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 452 and 394 IPC in Crime No.134 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner entered into the house of 1/3

the house of defacto complainant and snatched 11 sovereigns of gold chain in the knife point. Hence, the complaint.

3. The leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner entered into the house of the house of defacto complainant and snatched 11 sovereigns of gold chain in the knife point and the same has not been recovered and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the serious nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the fact the property has not been recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
