Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order vide proceedings in Na.Ka. No. 1025-74/2020/A2 dated 28.08.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and ultra vires.

2.The writ petitioner herein suffered an order under Section 78 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act. Challenging the order dated 29.01.2025 passed by the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Tirupur, a revision has been filed before the first respondent under Section 21 of the Hindu Religious and 2/5

Charitable Endowments Act. It has been numbered as R.P.No.129 of 2025. It is stated that arguments have been advanced and order has been reserved. In the mean while, the eviction order is sought to be implemented. If the impugned order is implemented, the statutory remedy availed by the petitioner became infructuous.

3.Therefore, the impugned order will be put on hold till the revision order is served to the petitioner and for a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
