ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent and the second respondent requesting them not to interfere in the civil dispute by entertaining the complaint given by the third respondent based upon the representation given by the petitioner dated 06.11.2023.

2. It is a dispute between the partners working under the partnership firm by name Lakshmi Capital Auto Finance. Over the issue, between the partners, a complaint was given by the private respondents stating that without their knowledge, the petitioner removed them from the Firm.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the issue between the parties is a civil issue.

4. Let the complaint be closed by the respondent by advising the parties to work out remedy through appropriate civil proceedings.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
