ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to quash the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420,120(b) IPC insofar as relating to the Petitioners herein.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent No.1/State and the learned counsel for the second respondent and perused the records.

3.The Petitioners are purchasers of the property in question.The allegation in the complaint is that contrary to the recital of the 'Will', one Yogambal, who is the sister of the defacto complainant has sold the property to the Petitioners in connivance with each other. The question as to whether the Petitioners involved in the offence is a matter for investigation. This Court is not inclined to go into the same and it would suffice if the respondent No.1 is directed to complete the enqujiry within the time prescribed by this Court. 4.In view of the same, the Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conclude the enquiry and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
