ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Petition to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.28 of 2023. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the matter and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry.
2. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent on the ground that even before withdrawal of this petition, the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 14133 of 2024, for the very same relief.
3. Be that as it may, when the petitioner, who has filed the petition, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, he has every right to withdraw. As such, this Petition dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
