Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14149 of 2023, dated 16.08.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
