The petition has been filed seeking orders to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 herein as legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the first respondent and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that they are not having any objections to allow this petition. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the matter on 02.04.2026.
