PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to implement the petitioner's re-fixed selection grade and basic pay from 18.09.2025 as per the 1st respondent's proceedings in RO.No.268/2019 and C.No.A1/1136/2000/2018, dated 14.06.2019 and disburse the arrears of pay and allowances eligible amount at the earliest within a period of stipulated time limit as fixed by this court based on her representation dated 29.04.2020, 17.11.2020, 17.03.2021, 22.09.2021, 06.02.2022, 06.04.2022 and 05.09.2022.

The petitioner with a grievance that his representation for re-fixation of pay has not been considered by the respondents has filed this writ petition.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by referring to the proceedings of the Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi dated 10.01.2026 submits that the scale of pay has already been revised and the arrears of amount has also been paid to the petitioner. 3.Recording the above submission and the proceedings dated 10.01.2026 this writ petition is closed.
