This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. In view of the submission made, Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 25.09.2025, is modified and the same is to be read as follows:- "4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that a temporary connection would be provided and the petitioner's application will be considered in accordance with law. The grant of connection is subject to the outcome of the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.13173 of 2024."
