O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.1008 of 2021, dated 08.12.2021, on the file of the respondent Police and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that Lab Report is awaited for completing the process of investigation.

3. The ground that was made by the petitioner in this petition cannot be entertained at this stage. The petitioner is to wait for completion of investigation. Only after the completion of investigation, whatever offences are made out, will come to light. So, on that ground, this petition is dismissed. Of course, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
