ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.20 of 2023, dated 07.08.2023, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that already the investigation has been completed, and a charge sheet has also been filed in P.R.C.No.222 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli on 04.05.2024.

3. In view thereof, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this petition and as such, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate shall commit the case as expeditiously as possible.
