ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as Drawing Teacher in the third respondent-school from 01.06.2022 onwards with salary and other attendant benefits.

2. The petitioner had been appointed as a Drawing Teacher in the third respondent school on 01.06.2022, whose proposal sent by the third respondent management had been returned by the second respondent on 30.04.2024, seeking for certain queries. The third respondent management had resubmitted the proposal on 14.05.2024 and the same is pending consideration with the respondents 1 and 2.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the proposal of the third respondent dated 14.05.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
